"If i can give No stars i would, i loved Statefarm and had them for over 10 years with another agent once i moved to this location its just been a Mess i can never get a hold of Anyone, they sometimes don't return phone calls’ I understand that work can get busy but I have requested a call back from Agent directly and not once did i get a call back’ i have to be calling to get assisted- this is by far the worst office with the worst customer service. I very disappointed and dissatisfied with this office’ i cancelled my policíes and it was a hard decision as i loved StateFarm. Policies where cancelled on 02/22 and not sure why but they did not cancel one vehicle instead it was added to My daughters payment plan. We don't need to be double covered Like really!! I have emails from (Sashe) where she said the policies where cancelled but that didn’t happened. State farm needs to train their employees more in Customer Service and the importance of returning phone calls and doing what they are suppose to do. This is soo frustrating."

"If you’re looking for An insurance company that has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Then, hands-down by far Jared Burgess, State Farm’s office is the one you should call. Since I’ve been with this company, everyone in this office from the manager to the agents goes over and beyond especially Crystal. When I bought my car, Crystal made sure everything was sent over to the dealership that was needed. When I have questions about charges to my account, they sit down patiently with me and explain in detail what everything means they don’t make you feel dumb they don’t make you feel Rushed they make you feel like you’re A person not a number. what a phenomenal team! There’s more but not enough room for me to elaborate on just stop looking and go with Statefarm. You won’t be disappointed."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! In December I cancelled my renter's insurance, but the payments continued to be taken out of my account until March when I noticed. I asked them for my money back, but they insisted to give it back to me in check form. I just received the check this week, 5 months later, with my maiden last name rather than my married. I had to resort to spending hours of my time calling them and headquarters to retrieve what they stole. They didn't apologize once. I wouldn't recommend this unapologetically unprofessional excuse of an "insurance company" to my worst enemy. I pay a quarter of the price at progressive anyways (:"

She definitely needs a raise with how knowledgeable and professional she is and her customer service is something that more people need to have. She gave me the best price available.
